Fingers of freshening breeze tease under the translucent blue sky as sun rays, softer than before, filter through branches stripped of summer’s finery. Strewn like pebbles in a riverbed, acorns litter the lawn - autumn bounty for foraging squirrels. Colors lace the green now as trees sense the changing light and choose to celebrate the waning year. My heart joins their celebration as I look to the One Who created such perfection.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end. (NLT)
