Two Words

Two words. Ten letters.

Words, that when taken to heart, can

change hurt to healing,

guilt to grace,

despair to hope, and

lost to found.

Eternal and priceless, they are simple, and yet all of Heaven rings with them.

They are easy, but they were bought with tremendous suffering.

These words offer balm to the broken, freedom to the bound, and mercy to the fallen.

They never grow old, never lose their power, never stop giving hope.

An open door but a narrow gate, offered to all,

but not all receive them.

Two simple words – changed my heart, my life, and my eternity.

JESUS SAVES!

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

  2. So beautifully written. It seems every morning now I am reminded of Matthew 11:28. I was just writing about it. Thank you for this confirmation. Grace Speaks. Indeed it does. May your day be richly blessed as you have just blessed mine! ❤️
