Monday Morning Prayer

Father,

I have been walking this way for a long time.

I am so thankful that You called me, and I came to know You at a young age. Your presence in my life has made all the difference-

the difference between light and dark,

hope and despair,

guilt and forgiveness,

rejection and acceptance.

I thank You for Your grace that chose me and saved me and has kept me all these years.

Thank You for grace in the trials I have faced.

Thank You for redeeming my mistakes and forgiving my sins.

Thank You for strength to walk through hard days with hope and joy.

Thank You for helping me maneuver the tangles of grief with peace.

I am so glad that I have been able to walk with You, to lean on You, to talk with You and hear Your voice through Your word.

I pray for our children, Lord, and their children.

They are so precious to me and I know You love them even more.

Help them not to be entrapped by the trials of this life, which are for a moment in time. Grant them an eternal perspective on this road that will lead them Home.

You alone are God!

Let every fiber of my being sing Your song and walk Your way every day. Every. Day!

I love You, Lord.

II Corinthians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

Romans 5:20 Where sin abounded, grace did much more abound.
