We remember –
 God’s gift of His Son,
 that love often comes wrapped 
in unique packages,
 that family and friends are 
extra special blessings.
  
We rejoice –
 in the news given to the shepherds,
 in the love of those we hold dear,
 in the dawning of a new year.
  
We celebrate – 
 the birthday of the King,
 the wonder of God’s great love,
 the gift of life.
  
We give thanks –
 for the love of the Father,
 for the angels that pass our way,
 for grace to meet each new day.
