Vision

I see Jesus, bruised and broken,
in the pages of His word.
I see Jesus, God’s Word spoken,
grace amazing, living Lord.

I see Jesus in the temple
holding court with priests and scribes.
I see Jesus with the people,
calling them to come alive.

Every page has His prints on it.
Every word His breath of grace.
Jesus, Savior, only Jesus,
In His Word I see His face.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

John 12:20-21 And there were certain Greeks among them that came up to worship at the feast: 21 The same came therefore to Philip, which was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and desired him, saying, Sir, we would see Jesus.

II Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
