Continuing to walk in the direction God is leading even when I cannot see the next step.

Understanding that God can use bad things that happen in my life to bring about my ultimate good.

Choosing to rejoice in the Lord when all my body wants to do is complain.

Faith is…
Seeing daily problems and aggravations from an eternal perspective.

Faith is…
The assurance that God is perfecting His will in my life even when my feelings do not confirm this.

Faith is…
Willingly doing the next thing as I realize that the long-range accomplishment and the end result is in God’s hands.

Faith is…
Confidence, even when in turmoil, that God has my best interests at heart.

Faith is…
Refusing to panic in the face of impossible situations, knowing that God specializes in the impossible.

Faith is…
Rest when the tempests threaten to sink my ship. ship

Faith is…
Joy in the reality that God loves me even when I don’t see how He could.

Faith is…
Security in the fact that God is holding me when I have no strength to hold Him.

Faith is…
Confidence in the fact that God is just as good in the bad times as He is in the good times.

Faith is…
Saying ‘no’ to the fear that attempts to overwhelm, because I know it is not from God.

Faith is…
Living in the victory that Christ has won as I walk through the battles of each day.

Faith is…
Trusting God to complete His work in my life.

Faith is…
Knowing grace supersedes my sin.

Faith is…
The realization that God is big enough to handle my doubts.

Faith is…
Not my reaching out to God, but simply taking the Hand that God has already reached down to me.hands

Refusing to sorrow as those who have no hope.

Basing my hope for the future in Jesus Christ alone.

Believing that God can take me from where I am to where He wants me to be.

Faith is…
Knowing that God’s silence does not mean He is absent.

Hebrews 11:1 – Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Mark 4:40 – And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?
Mark 11:22 – And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
Romans 1:17 – For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
