Remember when
Hell shook its fist at Heaven
and the cross ran with blood.

Remember when
the Holy Son of God was tortured
and nailed on that tree.

Remember when
He cried “It is finished!”
and all of creation was shrouded in darkness.

Remember when
His broken body
was laid in a borrowed tomb.

Remember when
He shook off the chains of death
and claimed victory over the grave?

Remember,
until He comes again!
